Once you sign up, we’ll start with an onboarding session to map out your goals and plan. You’ll receive weekly check-ins, weekly or bi-weekly coaching calls, and unlimited app-based support throughout the 12 weeks.

You’ll have direct access to your coach through our app, where you can ask questions, share updates, and get support whenever you need it.
Your investment covers the full 12-week coaching experience, onboarding session, personalised coaching, weekly check-ins, educational resources, app access, and your final celebration session to track progress and set you up for ongoing success.
Payments are made upfront and are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and reserved in advance. We want you to feel confident before you join — and we’re happy to chat if you have concerns before signing up.
At the end of the program, you can choose to continue with ongoing coaching if you’d like further support. We’ll discuss your options in your final session.
